The Joyful Sound PEACE Project Forum will be held Sunday at Kerr Presbyterian Church, 157 Bridge St. Lawmakers, police, school district executives and agencies involved in foster care, health care and marriage enrichment will gather for worship at 11 a.m. A light lunch will follow before the forum begins at 12:45 p.m. PEACE is an acronym for People Engaged And Community Empowered.
