A special camp for very special kids!
August 4 - 5 - and 6th are the dates, Life Sports Center in Monroeville is the place. From 9 am till 3pm for three days, Life Sports Center, 855 Macbeth Drive in Monroeville will be hosting CAMP CAN DO - a day camp for children with special needs. Any child with special needs in grades K- 12 is eligible to participate. The three days will be full of fun; including assisted crafts, music, wheel chair relay races, adaptive volleyball, basketball, golf and arena bowling, Daily lunch and snack provided. All children also get a special t-shirt for participating. The cost of the three day program is only $30.00 per child. Camp Can-Do will be staffed by experienced special education teachers and volunteers, and trained nurses will be on site.
