Man accused in fatal stabbing in Penn Hills held for trial
A New Kensington man who police say stabbed an Etna man and buried his body after the two fought in an abandoned building was held for trial on homicide charges Friday by District Judge Kevin Cooper.
Shaun Raisor, 22, is accused of killing Bryan Akers, 21, at the site of the former Atlas Cement plant in Penn Hills on June 21.
Raisor admitted he killed Akers and buried his body, burned Akers' pickup and threw the hunting knife used in the stabbing into the woods, according to court documents.
