Jake and Dona Fraas of Winston Salem, N.C., announce the birth of their daughter, Kendall Riley, born on Jan. 18, 2008, at High Point Regional Hospital, in High Point, N.C.

The baby weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 22 inches long at birth.

Paternal grandparents are Joe and Brenda Fraas of North Huntingdon Township. Maternal grandparents are Frank and Debi Bombiani of Leetsdale and Ray Cranden of Moon Township.

Paternal great-grandparents are Joan Fraas of McKeesport, Elmer Goreck of Tionesta, and Shirley and Bill Delmer of McKeesport.

Maternal great-grandmother is Doris Hamilton of Yucaipa, Calif.

Vincent and Mandy Strangio of Murrysville announce the birth of their son, Skyler Vincent, born on Jan. 26, 2008, at Forbes Regional Hospital.

The baby weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 20.5 inches at birth.

Paternal grandparents are Vincent A. Strangio of West Orange, N.J.

Maternal grandparents are Patricia Cinquini of Shadyside and Russell Kopf of Pittsburgh.
